A PC Health Check would cover some of the following:
• Check that anti-virus and spy ware software is updating correctly
• Scan for virus and spy ware
• Check and investigate error logs
• Clean up registry and remove unnecessary temp files
• Defrag Hard Drive
• Valet machine inside and out
A PC Health Check can be performed a a one-off, but should be performed on a regular basis. Just like having your car serviced you should look at having your computer serviced at least every six months.
Marks Computers offer PC Health Checks as part of a regular Computer Maintenance package. These can be booked an advance and normally in three monthly intervals. If you use your computer a lot then a monthly visit is recommended.
Although this service is normally offered to our Essex based customers, it can be provided to customers further afield, or to businesses as part of a package.
